Mike Griffis founded Trinity Water Solutions after building a career spanning drilling, engineering, and large-scale project management. A second-generation water well driller, Mike combines hands-on field experience with a technical foundation in petroleum engineering and business leadership.

He earned his B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and his MBA from the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business. His career has included drilling projects throughout the United States and internationally, with experience ranging from downhole engineering to complex water and energy projects.
